This five-week stone carving course with internationally renowned artist Richard Jack will take you through the use of tools, different stone types, workshop and tool safety, the principals of stone carving and finishing your work.

This is the perfect course for beginners, those with some experience and or those who have attended our one day introduction workshops as it gives participants time to expand on their learning and tackle bigger or more intricate projects.

The course fee of £120 covers material costs and the use of tools.

A piece of stone will be provided but larger pieces can be purchased directly from the tutor or purchased elsewhere upon discussion with the tutor.

The course runs for five weeks from Wednesday 9th August from 6-9pm.
