Farnham Sculpture’s own tutor Mark Roberts will guide you through the process of designing and carving your own spoon from beautifully silky olive wood.

During this one day workshop, participants will be given an introduction to wood, marking out your spoon shape, using tools safely, be shown an overview of the process and following carving out your own spoon, information on looking after your spoon.

• All materials and tools are included in the cost of the workshop.

• The workshop includes 30 minutes for lunch. Please either bring your own or you may purchase food and drink from the cafe next door in the Farnham Pottery

• Depending on the number of participants on the day, this workshop may run 30 minutes over or short of the advertised finishing time

• The workshop fee is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another workshop at a later date on a discretionary basis
